CLA Reaches New Milestone with Launch of Official Member Directory on TactLink
Phnom Penh, October 6, 2025 – The Cambodian Librarians Association (CLA) is proud to announce the launch of the Official CLA Member Directory Platform, developed in collaboration with TactLink Technology Pte Ltd. This milestone represents a major step in CLA’s commitment to advancing digital networking and professional engagement for librarians across Cambodia.
The partnership was formalized with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on October 6, 2025.
Through this collaboration, CLA members will benefit from:
A centralized digital directory for easier networking and professional visibility.
Full access to TactLink’s Digital Fishbowl, enabling innovative event hosting and engagement.
Future networking and event features, provided free of charge to CLA.
The initiative reflects CLA’s ongoing commitment to empowering Cambodian librarians with modern tools for professional growth, collaboration, and innovation. The TactLink app offers members a dynamic platform to connect, share knowledge, and access opportunities in real time.

CLA is committed to promoting innovation and strengthening the role of libraries in society. Through this new platform, CLA members will be able to engage more effectively, access opportunities, and contribute to the ongoing development of Cambodia’s library profession.
As part of the agreement, CLA will also work to introduce the TactLink app to its members and collaborate on further initiatives that strengthen the library community in Cambodia.
