In preparation for the library global paper submission and conference 2028, hosted in Singapore, our Publication Committee warmly invites you to contribute your research, reviews, and case studies to our review. We aim to advance knowledge and understanding across the following areas:
Library Leadership: Exploring innovative leadership practices that drive library development and enhance community impact.
User Experience Enhancements: Designing user-friendly spaces or services that improve the overall experience for library patrons, such as interactive displays or mobile app features.
Digital Technology & Resource Initiatives: Developing and implementing new digital tools or platforms to enhance access to library resources, including virtual reference services and online learning modules.
Community Engagement Programs: Creating outreach initiatives that connect the library with undeserved communities, promoting literacy and access to information.
Innovative Programming: Introducing unique workshops, events, or maker spaces that engage diverse audiences and encourage creativity.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Implementing data analytics to assess library services and make informed decisions that enhance service delivery.
